About Our Process
We use a low-moisture process that is extremely effective on low-pile carpet and hard floors, environmentally friendly, and also very quiet!
Floors are pre-treated by vacuuming and applying the appropriate chemistry based on type of soil and floor condition. Then, dirt is agitated by our machines and encapsulated by the solution. Finally, the encapsulated dirt is extracted by super absorbent floor pads and post-vacuuming.
This process uses less water and safer chemicals than other methods. Plus, the low moisture means your carpets are dry when we leave!
